The Coffee Club Café sits right in the middle of Wanneroo Central. I visit coffee shops around Perth often, and this one's a regular for me. It's a relaxed spot, great for chill mornings or catching up with friends. The feel inside is inviting with a laid-back vibe that lets you unwind.

Their coffee is solid, with a good range of choices. You'll get the usual suspects like cappuccinos, flat whites, and espressos. For non-coffee folks, they have tasty hot chocolates, teas, and some cool iced beverages too. There's something comfy about sipping a flat white here while watching the hustle outside.

The food menu isn't huge but offers enough variety to keep everyone happy. You'll find light meals, from toasties to hearty salads, all pretty straightforward and fresh. I usually go for a classic bacon and egg roll or a chicken Caesar salad. Both are hard to mess up and consistently good here.

Have a sweet tooth? Their dessert options won't let you down. I've tried their cakes and slices – they're simple and delicious. A slice of carrot cake with my coffee always hits the spot. Sometimes they have new treats popping up on the menu. It's worth checking in to see what's fresh and tasty.

The seating is casual, and there's enough space that you're not elbow to elbow with your neighbors. Nature lovers can sit near the big windows and enjoy the views of Wanneroo Central's busy shopping vibe. The area has a mixed crowd – from locals dropping by during errands to folks who just want a quiet corner to relax.

The cafe is wheelchair accessible, from the car park to the seating area. It's nice to see a place that's genuinely inclusive and thinks about everyone's comfort. Plus, dogs are allowed, which is an added perk for pet owners. You can bring your furry friend along and share a lazy morning together.

Service is friendly, and the staff seems to genuinely enjoy their work. They're quick and efficient, keeping your wait time short even when the place is bustling. If you're in a rush, takeaway is smooth, and they also offer delivery if you'd rather enjoy your coffee at home.

Opening hours are reasonable. They start early with 7:30 am openings on weekends, which works well for early risers. Weekday mornings start at 8 am, running through to 4 pm daily. It's not a late-night spot but covers most morning and afternoon needs.

The Wanneroo area itself offers plenty of things to do if you're planning on sticking around. You can hit the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre nearby. It's a great place for some quiet time or simply exploring the local culture and events. Wanneroo Central has you covered if you're in the mood to do a bit of shopping. From bigger stores to smaller specialty shops, you can find just about anything you need.

Nearby public parks are perfect for a post-coffee stroll, especially in the warmer months. With plenty of green spaces, you won't run out of spots to sit back and enjoy the fresh air. If you're up for a little trip, a short drive will take you to the beautiful Lake Joondalup or Yanchep National Park. They're lovely places for a more extensive outdoor experience.

Wanneroo isn't short of places to discover, and the Coffee Club Café is a strong contender when you need a quick pick-me-up or some downtime. The café stays true to its relaxed chain roots, consistent with what you'd expect from any Coffee Club location but with a local vibe.

In a nutshell, it's a reliable spot with good coffee, tasty bites, and a friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a Wanneroo local or just floating through the northern suburbs, it's worth dropping by. There's a comfort in knowing your next cup is sorted while enjoying the laid-back surroundings. This spot is one I'll keep coming back to, no doubt about it.
